THE ROLE

Temenos is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Global Demand Manager in our Global Delivery Center (GDC). The Global Demand Manager is responsible for coordination of global resource demand across the 1CX organisation. He/she maintains a global view of demand and supply and coordinates capacity planning, based on a global skills matrix, across the regional units of 1CX and the Global Delivery Center (GDC). The Global Demand Manager manages, and oversees application of, the global resourcing policy including any 3rd party involvement. The individual manages the GDC service catalogue, provides GDC internal reporting, and drives initiatives to improve the internal processes within the GDC.

 
OPPORTUNITIES
  • You will foster a collaborative, high-performance culture that emphasizes compliance and accuracy.
  • You should have a collaboration with Regional Consulting leaders, the optimize resource utilization, maintain the global skills matrix, and lead capacity planning based on service sales forecasts. Oversee the borrowing/lending process for resource sharing.
  • You should Coordinate external staff augmentation needs, primarily through partner resources. Maintain the partner policy in collaboration with the Global Delivery Partner Program
  • As part of the management team of the GDC, contribute to initiatives that improve the overall results of the GDC. Collaborate within the management team on both bilateral and team basis. Maintain the GDC service catalogue using skills from the Centers of Expertise and delivery capabilities in the Project Delivery Management function.
  • You should establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the GDC team and deliver regular reports on progress, successes, challenges, and opportunities. Utilize data and metrics to guide decision-making and continuously refine the team’s approach. Utilise central capabilities in the Services Operations team.
 
SKILLS
  • You should have a Mnium of 9 years of experience in professional services, consulting, or software implementation roles
  • Strong financial background, preferably gained in a finance role for a consulting or engineering organization
  • Experience with demand/supply management in a consulting environment
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of administrative tools such as JIRA
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive decisions and performance improvements
  • A self-starter. The ability to drive initiatives in familiar as well as unfamiliar territory
